Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Position Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Location/Territory: Miami, FL

Position Objectives: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing orders received from customers and will work closely with the Supply Chain Specialist from helping to manage the inventory to supporting the operations in the United States. This role is key and ensures our customers receive their products on time through an efficient operation and excellent customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, revise and process orders (national and international, stock orders, on consignment, sample, etc.)
  • Follow up on purchase process (managing shipping documentation and instructions from and to customers and broker, sending order confirmation, coordinate container shipment with broker and supplier, etc.)
  • Manage delivery of stock orders to NJ warehouse
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiry
  • Assist sales forces and management with information on the status of the purchase orders
  • Maintain customer records
  • Prepare weekly inventory report, monthly inventory reconciliation and investigate any difference
  • Order supplies

Additional Skills and/or Educational Background:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Problem solving
  • Organized, customer oriented, results oriented, team player
  • Able to handle diverse priorities simultaneously
  • Previous knowledge of ERP systems
  • MS Excel advanced user
  • College degree
