Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
Tasting Notes: Limited production from the Boscaini family’s private cellar. An austere and majestic wine — the very essence of Amarone. The grapes come from a historic vineyard dating back to the XII century. A bold, deep ruby red color. This wine exhibits a complex nose of baked fruit and fruit preserves with hints of cloves, cinnamon, and coffee. Dry and firm on the palate with smooth and silky tannins. Long on the finish with flavors of fruit preserves and spices.
Food Pairings: This wine offers the perfect finish for a meal. Pair it with red meat, game, and mature cheeses. Very limited production.
